What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store the details you type: name, contact channels, villa interest, budget band, timeline and your message, together with the page, language and campaign parameters the enquiry came from.

The site also records anonymous, cookieless usage events (page views, clicks, scroll depth) tied to a random per-tab identifier — never to your identity, IP address or precise location. Browsers signalling Do-Not-Track are excluded entirely.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details exist for one purpose: answering you with villa documentation and continuing the conversation you started. Usage events exist to understand which pages help visitors and which do not.

Where it lives and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in the site’s own database and forwarded to the villa sales team by email and messenger notifications. We do not sell or share your data with anyone outside the sales process.

Your choices

Write to us from the address you enquired with and we will show, correct or delete everything we hold about you. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
