How it works

Seven gifted nights in a completed Phase 1 villa with a full programme — worth about USD 2,500. Airport pickup included.
The estate, the construction site, the documents, the numbers — with the villa team, at your pace.
Buy: the deposit counts toward the price and you receive the owner’s programme gift. Decline: the deposit returns in full.
What the seven nights include
In money, not adjectives
Everything counted the way a buyer counts.
Gifts are quoted at the destination’s published programme prices (taxes and service included).
Buying remotely
Many owners bought without flying first: documents are reviewed remotely, the contract is signed remotely, and payments follow the same staged schedule.
Remote buyers receive the same owner’s gift — the 28-night programme — to use after purchase. The villa pack includes video walkthroughs of the completed villas and the estate.
Why not wait a quarter
The estate’s official price list is indexed quarterly, and Jimbaran land pricing has moved one way. Reserving fixes your price; waiting re-prices the same villa.
Based on Phase 1 history, the operator expects values in the completed estate to be 1.5–2 times current pricing.
Growth expectations are the operator’s and are not a guarantee of returns.
Stay dates
Both Phase 1 villas are operating. Pick your dates in the live calendar — the villa team replies in writing with the exact terms for your stay.
